Description: Casa de Sol is a premium furnished vacation rental not to miss on your next Scottsdale visit. This new 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom private home is complete with everything you will need and want for a rental. All furnishings throughout were tastefully chosen and placed to accent the house to make you feel comfortable in every room. The lower level master suite boasts a spacious area with TV and private spiral staircase to the loft. The loft can be used as another bedroom with queen bed or as an office. The large master bath has a king sized whirlpool jetted tub, separate snail shower covered in travertine, large walk in closet, and TV. Two other rooms have queen beds one with a TV and the last bedroom has 2 twins.
The living room and kitchen produce a grand area with high ceilings. Brazilian cherry wood floors cover the entry, formal dining room and kitchen. The custom rock fireplace goes from floor to ceiling and watching your favorite movie or TV program is great on the wall mounted plasma TV. Equipped with DVD, stereo, and surround sound speakers inside and out makes listening a pleasure. The kitchen is a chef's delight with a 48" fridge, 6 burner gas cook top, lots of cabinet space, granite and marble countertops and island with bar. Seperate from the kitchen is a private formal dining room with seating for 8.
The backyard is complete with heated pool, hot-tub, gazebo in the pool, 2 waterfalls, 2 firepits, custom built stainless BBQ grill with seating, seating in the pool, and great lounge areas for sunbathing.
